Double orifice mitral valve (DOMV) is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly, generally associated with other congenital malformations. Isolated DOMV has been reported rarely. We present a case of a 58-year-old man without history of cardiovascular disease who underwent mitral annuloplasty due to severe mitral valve regurgitation and in whom DOMV was diagnosed perioperatively.
